The Kinect Sensor is, simply put, the
next big leap in gaming technology as Microsoft, maker of the Xbox and Xbox 360,
looks to capitalize on the motion controller market that Nintendo made so
popular with their console, the Wii. Originally known as Project Natal, the XBox
360 Kinect Sensor will be available from the beginning of November along with 19
Kinect Games, but due to its popularity and interest, is available to PreOrder
from most gaming stores already. The new XBox 360 Slim consoles that have been
released in the 250GB and soon to be released 4GB format have specific Kinect
slots, although they can still be used with all versions of the XBox console,
where this slick piece of kit sits on top of the Xbox. The hard to imagine fact
that instead of using a controller, with Kinect you are the controller, has made
this revolutionary device one of the most eagerly anticipated devices ever. Here
at AllVouchers we understand how difficult it is to find the best deal, so we
aim to supply all the latest prices and offers from UK Online stores so you can
Pre Order a cheap XBox Kinect Sensor in
time for the launch in November.

Kinect Adventures (July 2011)
** Kinect + Kinect Adventures at Amazon - £79.98
** Amazon.co.uk Kinect Sensor with Kinect
Adventures - £79.98(Free P&P) - (In Stock) Amazon have an amazing Kinect deal slashing the price of the Kinect to
£109.99 and throwing in 3 months XBOX Live Membership for Free

The new motion senstive Kinect Sensor
from XBox, where you are the controller instead of using the controller comes
with an initial RRP of £129.99 and is now available to Pre Order from most of
the usual gaming stores. Although this is just a guide price, it does seem to be
the norm, and unlike software and games where you can normally get a good
discount off the RRP at launch, hardware and console controller accessories like
the kinect rarely come in at much below the RRP. It seems the Kinect Sensor for
the XBox is no different, however, there are some differences and when voucher
codes are included in the mix, it should be possible to use our Kinect Price
comparison service to find a healthy discount when Pre Ordering to make the
price that much cheaper.

About Kinect Sensor (XBox 360)
2010
The Kinect is the latest, most
advanced release in gaming technology that takes advantage of the motion
controller market previously controlled by Nintendo with the Wii.
However
unlike the Wii, the Kinect Xbox will boast some high end graphics thanks to the
powerful processors behind the Xbox 360. And unlike Sony’s “Playstation Move”
which see’s the player use two wand like controllers to dictate what happens in
the game, the Kinect’s line of thinking is completely out of the
box.
Instead of following the idea’s of Nintendo and using a Numchuck
like controller, Microsoft decided to be a little different, this time around
you would be the controller. So no joysticks, no wands, instead you’ll use your
body to control what happens, from your arms to your legs to your
head.
In basic terms, the Kinect Xbox is simply a webcam on lots and lots
of steroids. It’ll be able to follow your body no matter how much you jump about
and should a second player jump into the fray, it will be able to zoom out,
focus and capture both players simultaneously.
So far the Kinect has
shown a lot of potential not just for new releases but for existing games to get
in on the act. So instead of having games built around the idea of using the
Kinect camera as a controller, you’ll have more respectable franchises such as
Fable III and Gotham Racing. So not before long you’ll be racing at 130 MPH
using nothing but your hands and feet to control your car, or you’ll be slaying
goblins by swinging your arms in a slashing motion. There is no doubt that the
Kinect could bring some interesting idea’s to the table as it gives developers
another format to play around with.
At the moment, Kinect prices are
stuck at the RRP of £129.99, so if you want to save a couple of quid you’ll want
to wait a little bit because Kinect prices aren’t going to get any lower than
they are right now in any retail store around the UK. Your best bet of getting a
cheap Kinect is by scouring the Internet for the best deals and prices. The
first place you should look is here at allvouchers.co.uk, where we bring you all
the most up to date deals and voucher codes to give you a golden chance to get a
cheap Kinect.
All in all, the Kinect is a must have for any casual gamer
or gaming family. With it's ability not only to play games but allow the user to
browse through menus, this could be the future of gaming, so don't miss out!
The game can be enjoyed on all
versions of the XBox 360 however, the 2010 versions of the New XBox Slim have a dedicated kinect
slot.
